Automatic Spray pre-treatment is the most common system for pre-treatment and therefore recommended where the needed space is available. In large scale productions the passage system would be the best and most effective choice with up to maximum 6 meter long work pieces. The control system can be manual or automatic.
Effective drain length.
Vestibules for overspray and vapor.
Tank designed for long life and easy maintenance.
Spray risers from stainless steel.
Nozzle and riser configuration and placement to ensure correct overall treatment.
Correct type immersion burners to these circumstances.
Immersion coils from materials to suit chemical.
Sludge removal hatches on stage tanks.
Dip Pre-Treatment Plant
This is a conventional pre-treatment wherein the plant cost is less and is suitable for low volume production lines. The chemicals are stored in the MS/SS fabricated tanks. The components are placed in the baskets or cages and they are dipped in each process tank for pre-fixed period of time. The movement of the basket or cage can be either manual; with a monorail and hoist or automatic with a transporter system.
